About

A field services organization built around the work.

Northwest Field Services provides subcontracting and skilled-trade support for residential, commercial and infrastructure-related construction projects.

Who we are

Trade expertise. Project execution.

We support general contractors, home builders, developers and construction organizations that need qualified skilled trades on their projects.

Our work spans electrical, plumbing, solar and general construction support across residential, multifamily and commercial construction. We take on defined trade scopes and provide coordinated skilled labor for projects that need additional capacity — from a single phase to work spread across multiple job sites.

Our workforce can include licensed electricians, licensed plumbers, electrical technicians, solar installers, construction technicians and other skilled tradespeople. Licensed professionals are assigned where required by the scope of work and applicable regulations.

How we work

Organized for the job site

  • Understand the scope

We start with the drawings, specifications, schedule and site — and ask the questions that prevent surprises later.

  • Plan the people

Crew size, trade mix and timing are matched to the work, with licensed professionals assigned where the scope and regulations require them.

  • Integrate with the site

Our crews follow the general contractor’s site rules, safety plan, schedule and chain of communication.

  • Communicate early

Progress, constraints and changes are raised as soon as they are known, so decisions can be made in time.

Our approach

Supporting contractors from mobilization through completion.

A subcontractor’s value is measured by how well its work fits into the larger project. That means arriving prepared, working to the schedule and leaving each area ready for the next trade.

We approach every scope the same way: confirm requirements up front, mobilize deliberately, execute to the plans and close out cleanly. It is a simple model, and it depends on discipline at every step.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to

  • Field-first execution

Plans matter, but projects are built in the field. We organize around what it takes to do the work well on site.

  • Professional trade coordination

Trades are sequenced and coordinated with each other and with the rest of the project team.

  • Safety

Every person should leave the job site the way they arrived. Safety is planned into the work, every day.

  • Quality

Work is installed to the plans, applicable codes and the standards of the trade, and checked before it is called complete.

  • Accountability

We own our scope — including fixing what needs fixing — without waiting to be asked.

  • Communication

Clear, timely and honest communication with superintendents, project managers and our own crews.

  • Contractor relationships

We aim to be the kind of subcontractor contractors want back on their next project.
