Electrical

Electrical construction & installation support

Electrical trade support for new construction and commercial projects, from rough-in through equipment installation and trim.

We work to the project’s electrical drawings and specifications and coordinate closely with the electrical contractor of record, the general contractor and other trades to keep rough-in, inspections and finish work in sequence.

Crews are assembled for the scope at hand. Licensed electricians are assigned where required by the scope of work and applicable regulations, working alongside electrical technicians and apprentices as permitted.

Typical scopes

  • New construction electrical
  • Lighting installation
  • Conduit installation and wire pulling
  • Electrical equipment installation
  • Service-related work
  • Commercial electrical support
  • Rough-in and trim-out
  • Device and fixture installation

Licensing & permits. Electrical work is performed in accordance with applicable codes. Licensing, permitting and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and are confirmed for each project during scope review.

Plumbing

Plumbing for new construction & commercial work

Plumbing trade support across residential and commercial construction — underground and rough-in through fixture installation.

Our plumbing support is planned around the building’s sequence: coordinating penetrations and rough-in with framing and other trades, preparing for inspections, and returning for trim and fixture installation at the right point in the schedule.

Licensed plumbers are assigned where required by the scope of work and applicable regulations.

Typical scopes

  • New construction plumbing
  • Rough-in
  • Fixture installation
  • Water systems
  • Commercial plumbing support
  • Residential construction plumbing
  • Drain, waste and vent piping
  • Trim and finish

Licensing & permits. Plumbing licensing, permitting and inspection requirements depend on the jurisdiction and scope. These are reviewed and confirmed before work is scheduled.

Solar

Solar installation & integration support

Installation crews and field coordination for residential and commercial solar projects.

Solar work combines roof or structure work, mechanical installation and electrical integration. We provide installers and electrical support that work to the system design, the manufacturer’s installation requirements and the site’s safety plan — including fall protection where work is performed at height.

Electrical integration is carried out by appropriately licensed personnel where required by the scope of work and applicable regulations.

Typical scopes

  • Residential solar
  • Commercial solar
  • Racking and module installation support
  • Electrical integration
  • Field coordination
  • Site logistics and staging

Licensing & permits. Solar installations are subject to local permitting, utility interconnection and inspection requirements, which vary by jurisdiction and utility.

Construction Support

Skilled-trade workforce & field support

Coordinated skilled labor and field support for projects that need additional capacity or a dedicated crew for a defined scope.

For builders and general contractors, the challenge is often having qualified people available at the right stage of the work. We plan headcount and trade mix with you, mobilize crews to the site’s requirements and keep communication open as the schedule develops.

Support can be scoped to a single phase or extended across multiple phases, buildings or locations of a larger program.

Typical scopes

  • Skilled-trade workforce
  • Project mobilization
  • Construction support
  • Site coordination
  • Multi-phase project support
  • Schedule-driven crew planning

Working together

How engagements are structured

Defined scope

A trade scope is agreed in writing — what is included, what is excluded, who supplies materials and how changes are handled.

Crew & schedule

Headcount, trade mix and timing are planned against your schedule, with a single point of contact for coordination.

Site requirements

Orientation, safety plans, access and documentation requirements are confirmed before mobilization.

Closeout

Work is reviewed against the scope, punch items are resolved and the area is handed over for the next phase.
