Who we support

Skilled trades for demanding projects.

We work alongside general contractors, home builders, developers and construction organizations that need dependable trade capacity on their projects.

Our focus is straightforward: understand the scope, plan the work, put qualified people in the field and deliver the assigned work with attention to safety, quality and communication. Licensed professionals are assigned where required by the scope of work and applicable regulations.

Contractor support

An extension of your field team.

Northwest Field Services works alongside builders, general contractors, developers and construction organizations to support project execution.

We take on defined trade scopes and supply coordinated skilled labor for the stages of work where you need it — integrating with your superintendents, schedules and site requirements rather than working around them.

  • Project-based trade support

Crews assembled around the defined scope, schedule and trade requirements of a specific project.

  • Workforce coordination

Planning headcount, trade mix and timing so the right people are on site when the work is ready.

  • Site mobilization

Orientation, access, materials coordination and site requirements addressed before work begins.

  • Trade-specific scopes

Electrical, plumbing, solar and general construction scopes taken on as clearly defined work packages.

  • Scheduling coordination

Working within the general contractor’s schedule and look-ahead, and communicating early when conditions change.

  • Multi-phase construction support

Continuity across rough-in, trim and finish phases, or across buildings and phases of a larger program.

Residential and commercial projects, from single-phase scopes to multi-building programs.

Project lifecycle

A disciplined process, start to closeout.

Every engagement follows the same sequence, so contractors know what to expect at each stage.

  1. 01

    Scope Review

We review drawings, specifications, schedule and site conditions with you to confirm the scope, trade requirements and any jurisdiction-specific licensing or permitting needs.

  2. 02

    Planning & Coordination

Crew composition, sequencing, materials responsibilities and points of contact are agreed in advance and aligned with the project schedule.

  3. 03

    Mobilization

Personnel complete site orientation and project-specific safety requirements, and access, tools and staging are arranged before work starts.

  4. 04

    Field Execution

Work is carried out to the plans and applicable codes, with regular communication with the superintendent on progress, conditions and constraints.

  5. 05

    Quality Review

Completed work is checked against the scope, coordinated with required inspections, and corrected promptly where adjustments are needed.

  6. 06

    Project Closeout

Punch items are resolved, the work area is left in order and closeout information is handed over so the next phase can proceed.

Safety

Safety is part of the scope.

Job-site awareness, proper PPE, project-specific requirements and correct trade procedures are treated as part of the work — not an afterthought to it.

  • Site orientation and project-specific safety requirements
  • PPE appropriate to the trade and task
  • Hazard communication and coordination with other trades
  • Compliance with applicable regulations
